HEALTHCARE & SENIOR LIVING
Keep drain-line maintenance out of the care routine.
Hospitals, outpatient facilities, assisted living and senior communities operate around the clock. Unclog helps facilities teams turn compatible condensate-line care into scheduled, repeatable work.
IN MOTION
A DIFFERENT KIND OF MAINTENANCE WINDOW
Occupied spaces change the cost of reactive work.
A restricted condensate line can demand access near resident rooms, patient areas, dining spaces, offices or critical support equipment. The work may be routine. The setting is not.
Unclog helps move compatible lines away from repeated reactive cleanouts and toward a documented facilities process.
Reduce the need to repeatedly enter or work beside occupied, resident-facing and public spaces.
Use connected or offline recurring suction cycles without recurring chemical consumables.
Record compatibility, placement, power, discharge and operation for every installed line.
ONE PROPERTY. MULTIPLE INDEPENDENT LINES.
Review the facility by service zone.
One Unclog serves one compatible independent gravity condensate line. A facility review identifies which lines, terminations and installation locations are appropriate.
- 01Resident & patient areasPlan access around continuously occupied rooms and corridors.
- 02Outpatient & clinicalCoordinate facilities work with appointment and treatment schedules.
- 03Dining & common spacesAccount for public visibility, meal periods and daily programming.
- 04Administration & supportReview offices, plant areas and equipment groups separately.
PUT THE WORKDAY BACK ON HIGHER-VALUE WORK
The same drain line should not own the maintenance schedule.
When staff repeatedly clear condensate lines, that labor is unavailable for life-safety work, inspections, resident-room repairs, equipment projects and the rest of the preventive-maintenance plan. Unclog automates recurring suction on compatible systems so skilled people can focus where their judgment matters.
Evaluate the labor opportunityA PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION STARTS WITH THE LINE
Four checks before the first cycle.
There is no universal placement assumption. Each line is reviewed from the equipment to the accessible termination.
Confirm a compatible independent gravity condensate line.
Verify an accessible termination below the primary drain-pan level.
Review 110V power, weather exposure and an appropriate discharge location.
Set app, offline recurring or manual operation and document the standard.
Flexible or hard-plumbed: use the included collapsible hose and fittings, or hard-plumb PVC directly to the side inlet. The side outlet can also be hard-plumbed when required; outdoor discharge may be appropriate where site conditions allow.
START WHERE THE BURDEN IS MOST VISIBLE
Build a facility standard before a portfolio rollout.
Begin with repeat-problem equipment or a familiar facility wing. A focused pilot creates the field information needed to expand responsibly across similar systems and additional locations.

HEALTHCARE & SENIOR LIVING FAQ
Questions facilities teams ask first.
Does one Unclog cover an entire facility?
No. One Unclog serves one compatible independent gravity condensate drain line. A facility review determines which lines are compatible and how many units are appropriate.
Which healthcare HVAC systems are compatible?
Compatibility depends on the equipment, gravity-drain configuration, accessible termination, elevation, power and installation conditions. Pumped drains and inaccessible terminations require review.
Can installation be hard-plumbed?
Yes. PVC can be hard-plumbed directly to the side inlet for a permanent professional installation. The side outlet can also be hard-plumbed when required, while the included collapsible hose and fittings remain available.
Can Unclog operate without facility Wi-Fi?
Yes. Offline recurring operation is available in addition to connected app scheduling, and facilities staff can run a manual cycle on site.
Can we start with one wing or location?
Yes. A focused pilot can confirm compatibility, establish the facilities standard and inform a multi-site rollout.
