Have been looking for something like this for years. It's been about 3 weeks so far with the unclog and it is functioning as it should. I am hoping this solves years of headaches with consistent drain backups.

No more monthly vacuum jobs. This product works. Installation could not be easier. All parts supplied . It would be nice to have a dedicated app with settings of actual date and time but it works. Notification after each run so you know the pipes are empty. Highly recommend this product

My husband and I are older and we have had our air conditioner back up in the past. We didn’t want that to happen anymore, so we pay someone to come clean our air conditioner line. Our friends have this Unclog machine and thought we would try it. We did a couple manual cleans by just push a button, to see how it worked before we installed it and a lot of gunk came out. It was so easy to install. Couldn’t be happier with this and we figure it will pay for self in no time since we don’t need to pay someone to come out anymore.

I bought this because my AC drain line was clearly getting clogged with that nasty orange slime you can see in the video. Honestly wasnt really sure how well this thing would work at first but it was pretty satisfying seeing what actually came out of the line lol.
Setup was pretty straight forward. Connected it to the end of the drain line and ran it and it pulled a bunch of crap out instead of me having to mess around with a shop vac again or keep pouring stuff down the line hoping it works. After it ran the line was way clearer

Hi , every thing works great , I asked for more information about setting up the wi-fi , and you sent the web site and which program app to down load . It was easy I like the way the vacuum comes on it sounds like a jet taking off , Now you know I live in Florida And we have all kinds of bugs including geckos If you want to improve the unclog. I would add a removable screen on the water outlet I now the bugs will go up in that opening

We understand your concern about Florida’s bugs. Bugs actually had an even easier path into the open PVC condensate drain line before Unclog was installed. They could stay there indefinitely and contribute to a clog. With Unclog, each cleaning cycle helps suck out and expel bugs and debris as often as you’ve scheduled it to run, giving them fewer opportunities to settle in.

I set unclog to start every week for 15 minutes. It did not start. When I started it manually, it runs for about 10 seconds and stops. So far, I am not impressed. I will continue to work on it to see if I can get it to work on a schedule.
Hi David, sorry for the confusion. We’d definitely like to help you get this set up correctly.
Just to clarify, Unclog can’t be set to run for 15 minutes. The schedule controls how often the unit runs, while each cleaning cycle has a maximum run time of 60 seconds.
During development, HVAC professionals we worked with recommended a 60-second cleaning cycle every 3 days as a good preventative maintenance schedule, which is why that is one of the main presets built into the system.
