OFFICES & BUSINESS PROPERTIES
Keep condensate-line work out of the workday.
Unclog helps office facilities teams turn compatible drain-line care into a scheduled building standard—before a repeat cleanout becomes a tenant issue, room closure or urgent service ticket.
THE OPERATIONS BRIEF
A small drain-line problem can create a very visible workday.
Office properties concentrate people, technology and finished space into tightly scheduled buildings. Reactive condensate work competes with meetings, tenant access, security, cleaning, vendors and the rest of the facilities plan.
BY FLOOR. BY TENANT. BY LINE.
One building does not mean one condensate system.
Each compatible independent gravity line is reviewed on its own. Equipment, routing, access, elevation, power and discharge determine the appropriate installation—not the building address alone.

THE WORKDAY IS THE MAINTENANCE CONSTRAINT
Facilities work has to fit the building’s clock.
There may be quieter hours, but multi-tenant properties rarely have a universal maintenance window. Scheduled line care helps reduce dependence on emergency access during the busiest part of the day.

A PROFESSIONAL BUILDING STANDARD
Install for the property—not for a diagram.
Each Unclog is placed at the accessible termination of a compatible independent gravity condensate line, below the primary drain-pan level.
Review a specific buildingConfirm the systemIdentify the independent gravity line. Pumped drains and inaccessible terminations require review.
Confirm the siteReview elevation, weather, 110V power and an appropriate discharge location.
Choose the connectionUse the included collapsible hose and fittings or hard-plumb PVC directly to the side inlet.
Plan the outletThe side outlet can also be hard-plumbed; outdoor discharge may be appropriate where site conditions allow.
FROM ONE BUILDING TO THE PORTFOLIO
Turn field knowledge into an asset standard.
Start with the locations carrying the highest repeat-cleanout burden. Document what works, group similar equipment and routing, then expand in planned phases.

OFFICE FACILITIES FAQ
Questions property teams ask first.
Does one Unclog cover an entire office building?
No. One Unclog serves one compatible independent gravity condensate line. A building review determines which lines are compatible and how many units are appropriate.
Can Unclog work in multi-tenant buildings?
Yes, when the individual system and installation conditions are compatible. The review considers equipment ownership, access, routing, power and discharge for each line.
Can installation be hard-plumbed?
Yes. PVC can be hard-plumbed directly to the side inlet for a permanent professional installation. The side outlet can also be hard-plumbed when required.
Can Unclog operate without building Wi-Fi?
Yes. Offline recurring operation is available in addition to connected app scheduling, and facilities staff can run a manual cycle on site.
Can we start with one tenant suite or building?
Yes. A focused pilot can confirm compatibility, document the property standard and inform a multi-building rollout.
